Pamela Weiss is a Buddhist teacher trained in both Soto Zen and Theravada. She resided at Green Gulch Farm and Tassajara from 1987–1992, completed retreat teacher training with Jack Kornfield through Spirit Rock in 2006, and received Dharma transmission in the Suzuki Roshi lineage in 2016. Pamela spent over a decade bringing Buddhist principles and practices into leadership and organizational transformation and is the author of "A Bigger Sky: Awakening a Fierce Feminine Buddhism."
