Jill Shepherd has been practicing since 1999 living and working in meditation centers and monasteries in the USA, England and Thailand. She is a graduate of the IMS/Spirit Rokc teacher training program, under the guidance of Joseph Goldstein and Gil Fronsdal. She divides her time teaching in the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
