Lydia (路馨馨) was born and raised in Taiwan. She began her insight meditation practice in 2000, studying under teacher Gil Fronsdal. As a devoted practitioner, Lydia has cultivated a deep and ongoing commitment to the practice. A long-term member and dedicated volunteer of the Insight Meditation Center (IMC), she is passionate about fostering a sense of community and sangha. Lydia is currently enrolled in a two-year Dharma Leader Program, which will conclude in 2026.
