How Are You?

If it's not simple, it's not vipassana. Meditation is about "How are you?" How are you with that feeling, eg rage? Make space for it. Trying to get peace? Nothing needs to happen. "How" helps us see the beliefs, attitudes we have. How am I when I'm trying to get rid of it?
