BERNAT FONT teaches with a combination of scholarly rigour, everyday examples, and a playful sensibility. Since meeting the dharma at a very early age, his main influences have been Stephen Batchelor, Sayadaw U Tejaniya & the Thai Forest tradition. A faculty member at Bodhi College and a founder of Espai Sati in Barcelona, he has a PhD in Buddhist Studies, translates Pali texts into Catalan and Spanish, and is also a jazz pianist.
BERNAT FONT enseña combinando rigor académico, ejemplos cotidianos y una sensibilidad creativa. Tras acercarse al dharma desde muy joven, sus influencias principales han sido Stephen Batchelor, Sayadaw U Tejaniya y la tradición tailandesa del bosque. Es profesor en Bodhi College y cofundador de Espai Sati en Barcelona. Tiene un doctorado en Estudios Budistas, traduce textos del pali al catalán y al español, y también es pianista de jazz.
