Becoming a Refuge

This recording picks up in the middle of a talk, I forgot to press record! The first half summarized the Three Refuges and going for refuges, which was the topic of last week's session. The second part of the talk explores how, as we go for refuge through engaging with the practice (walking the path), we become a refuge for others (keeping the path clear for others to follow).
