Dharmette: Welcome Everything

It might be that the whole process of what we’re doing in meditation is finding our way slowly to being able to welcome all things. Paradoxically, one of the most effective things we can do is to welcome the very thing we don’t want. Welcome it so that we don’t prevent the natural process or healing. It’s possible that one definition of being enlightened is that the mind can welcome everything.
