Three Kinds of Dukkha

Dukkha is to be understood. We can learn to recognize the dukkha of pain; the dukkha of the ending of what is pleasant; and the subtle dukkha of constructing experience. Releasing reactivity to feeling tone is a key part of ending dukkha.
